After your first sip, you’ll be smoothie heaven. Slightly tart from the cranberries while also perfectly and naturally sweetened with the addition of strawberries, dates, and blueberries.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of water or coconut water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • juice of half a lemon
